I do not care whether teachers are reading my blog .
I declare ,
I HATE Principle Of Account .
I rather proceed on to ITE than taking up accounting course in near future .
I am convulsed .
Students do not hand in homework .
the consequences will be ,
a " good " admonishment from teachers .
but ,
Students who handed in homework ,
their consequences are the same with those did not hand in .
Hey people .
Is it being fair to that follow who done his homework ?
Students will now think .
Whether or not you have done you homework ,
you will still get admonishment .
So why complete homework then ?
Students need encouragement .
Teachers ,
who are they ?
They are human like us , students but holding on to greater knowledge .
So if a teacher commit a mistake but do not apologise ?
Can he/she be spared ?
My answer will be a definite
NO .
As adults , they are suppose to think deeply .
Analyse the situation better .
Have a courage to admit their mistake .
AND
At the same time , understand people better .
Being a adult should have a certain level of maturity .
If as a adult , you are lacking of that ?
Allow me to ask you .
Are you fit to be an adult ?
As teacher ,
A bond between students and them should be created .
Understand is a two way traffic .
It's takes two hands to clap .
Since my school empathize so much on the core values .
I shall take them as elaboration for my pointers .
Respect .
Respect is earned . Not demanded .
You want people to respect you .
You ought to respect others first .
Having what it takes to gain respect is an important factors .
Responsibility .
Greater power comes with greater responsibility .
Choices you choose ,
Consequences you don't .
You choose the jobs you want .
You jolly well take on the responsibility .
Responsibility comes deep from the heart .
If you are demonstrating responsibility for the sake of doing .
I suggest , cut it out !
Resilience .
Resilience is the key to nurture leaders .
As leader in areas .
If you complain and give up easily .
Let me ask you .
Who the heck will uphold resilience in your area ?
NOBODY WILL GIVE A SECOND THOUGHT .
This bring me to my forth pointer .
If as a leader you do not uphold these values .
How can you expect other you uphold ?
Bring this back to school .
If as teacher , you do not uphold the school values .
How can you demand the students you follow ?
If you lead by example , the respect is gained .
Is simple as that .
If you want to carry on your life with those attitude present .
My condolence to you .
In life . the world keeps on changing .
Is either you change to suit the surrounding .
Or
The surrounding change you to suit them .
Think about it .
