WoW!! 2dae is oready 18 liao I just so happy cuz my SJAB training has over!!!!! IS slacking time sia~ I have been training as hard as I could is de past few weeks.Finally I can have a break :)

Phew~luckly our sec 4 cadet neri push as 2 far so when training can slak a bit la HA!!HA!! :)But when de sir came see u slack I tell u MEET UR DOOM surely kana one la.

We slack we will down 50 or sit-up 40.Hai~ our sec 2 keep telling us if we wan do slack a bit better not let de sir see.IN this training I have learn some value that is TEAMWORK.we r a team so we must work 2gether 2 get good reuslt.
